Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment alternatives available, and essential self-care practices to enhance their overall mental health.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical specialists, and other caregivers to ensure integrated and holistic care for all clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential case notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards to uphold the clinic's integrity and professionalism.

• Participate in regular team consultations, case discussions, and professional development sessions to stay updated on best practices and innovations in mental health treatment.

• Advocate for clients by actively addressing stigma in mental health and striving to meet their diverse needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience or training in various therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, systems therapy, narrative therapy, transgenerational therapy, or communication therapy is highly valued. Familiarity with working on issues related to divorce and relationship dynamics will be particularly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with your experience and expertise. In addition, a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 is available for qualified candidates.
