This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a collaborative design-build environment and wants to work on technically challenging HVAC projects. What You'll Be Doing Lead HVAC system design from conceptual engineering through construction documents Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, duct and piping design Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, controls engineers, and other trades Conduct energy and economic analyses while ensuring compliance with building and energy codes Support field operations with engineering, troubleshooting, and technical guidance Mentor junior engineers and help maintain high-quality design standards What We're Looking For BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management 3+ years of mechanical HVAC design experience with a design-build contractor or consulting engineering firm Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, psychrometrics, refrigeration, controls, and building codes Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus If you're looking to take the next step in your engineering career while working on impactful projects with a collaborative team, I'd love to connect.
