Staff Quality Engineer

Staff Quality Engineer position supporting new product launches and manufacturing transfers for Surgical Technologies at Stryker. Provides quality engineering expertise across product lifecycle, focusing on process control, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support quality deliverables for product launches, manufacturing transfers, and engineering change initiatives
- Lead nonconformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action closure
- Execute PPAP activities and support manufacturing readiness assessments
- Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supplier teams on quality performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 4 years quality engineering or manufacturing quality experience
- Experience leading cross-functional quality projects in regulated environments
- Knowledge of nonconformance management, CAPA, and risk management systems
- Proficiency with statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and GMP requirements preferred
Compensation: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
