Assistant Project Manager

An established and growing Construction Management firm is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its team in Westchester County, NY . Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with the successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost tracking. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain project progress. Monitor project milestones and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Participate in project meetings, site visits, and progress reporting. Maintain accurate project records and support project closeout activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred. 1–3 years of experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager, or relevant internship/co‑op experience. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and documentation. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software is preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and progress into a Project Manager role.
