From operating advanced production equipment to supporting courier deliveries, you'll help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Pay: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Print Operations

• Operate high-volume color and black-and-white production printers to create professional print materials, including booklets with GBC and spiral binding.
• Produce large-format graphics and specialty print projects using wide-format inkjet plotters and flatbed printers.
• Ensure all print jobs meet quality, accuracy, and production standards while maintaining efficient workflow.

Customer Engagement

• Serve as a trusted resource for customers, providing daily support and guidance on print production, finishing options, and courier services.
• Build positive relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to outstanding service.

Technology & Process Support

• Utilize business and production software to manage documentation, reporting, communication, and print workflows.
• Work with tools and applications including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Adobe Capture.

Physical & Operational Support

• Remain active throughout the day, performing tasks that involve standing, walking, reaching, bending, stretching, and climbing.
• Safely lift and move materials and packages weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations.

Courier & Delivery Services

• Support local customer deliveries and courier requests using a company vehicle as needed.
• Ensure materials are delivered accurately, professionally, and on schedule.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in learning, high-volume production printing and wide-format print technology, including flatbed printers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Knowledge of shipping and delivery processes is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Physical ability to work in an active production setting and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass pre-employment screenings.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders and to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
