Payroll Support Specialist
NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company
2+ years of payroll experience (4+ years preferred) Experience processing multi-state payroll Payroll tax knowledge (federal, state, and local taxes) Experience with garnishments , deductions, and payroll compliance Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas) Strong data analysis and reporting skills Experience using HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG/Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP Payroll, Paycom, Paylocity) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of progressive payroll experience Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Experience with payroll system implementations or integrations Project or process improvement experience Experience automating payroll processes Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Legal #J-18808-Ljbffr
