Opportunity | Growth Associate | Health Tech | Start-up | NYC (onsite) Athlete Origin are delighted to be working on behalf of a Health Tech start-up who are seeking to hire a Growth Associate from an elite sporting background to join their growing team in NYC. Our clients are building AI systems that handle the patient journey end-to-end: scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing referrals, processing prescription refills, and coordinating follow-ups. Their agents automate complex operational workflows with a human-like touch that patients respond well to. Backed by leading investors and healthcare operators, their team is focused on modernizing how care is delivered behind the scenes. What you’ll do: Market strategy, outreach, and revenue forecasting. Consistently achieve revenue targets. Prospect new customers via phone, email, and social media. Convert inbound marketing leads into opportunities. Manage sales pipeline including phone, video, and in person interactions. What you’ll need: Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to network with peers, prospects and customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade in a business environment. A professional attitude, conduct and appearance. Previous exposure to sales is a bonus. High performance sporting background. Right to work in the USA.
