Description

Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )

Position Overview: As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Preferred Qualifications:

A valid, current nurse license in Illinois.
Current CPR certification.
At least one year experience in long term care preferred.
Strong Clinical judgement and critical thinking skills.
