Job Description

An established manufacturing and distribution company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers while managing daily order processing and account activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order management, and cross-functional communication with sales, production, engineering, finance, and operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately, including order entry and preparation
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Support major customer accounts and assist the sales team with quotes and account needs
• Coordinate with Production Control, Engineering, Accounting, and Operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing
• Complete customer service projects and maintain accurate account documentation

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
• Experience supporting major customer accounts
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems; Profit Key experience is a plus

The base pay range for this position is $18 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
