Performance Marketing Manager

Driving lead generation across multiple financial services verticals, the full-time remote Performance Marketing Manager will manage paid social strategy, execution, and optimization while collaborating with data teams to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities Own and execute paid social strategy across platforms like Meta and TikTok, aligning campaigns with growth targets and audience needs Monitor campaign performance, diagnose issues, and make budget and pacing decisions based on data trends Lead creative strategy by developing briefs, reviewing assets, and building testing roadmaps for effective messaging Required qualifications 5+ years of paid social experience, preferably in performance marketing or lead generation Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Direct experience running campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager Proven track record of scaling paid social budgets while maintaining or improving CPA/CAC and ROAS Strong analytical skills with experience troubleshooting tracking and reporting discrepancies
