Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Licensed Therapeutic Manager at South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, Florida. South Florida Youth Academy is composed of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk male youth aged 14 to 18 who require behavioral/mental health, substance abuse, and major disorder services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while at the program. ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 What you will do Developing, implementing, and overseeing case plans and treatment programs based on the needs of each student and the requirements of the placing agency. Providing individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring the program meets therapeutic goals. Supervising group living staff and ensuring proper support for students, reporting to the Clinical Director. Maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the program's ongoing development. To be considered you should Possess a MA, MS or MSW. Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC. Prior Case Management experience required, including three years experience with juveniles. Prior substance abuse education, intervention, and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III preferred). Information regarding Schedule/hours/shifts 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
