You'll optimise schedules, coach operators, and guarantee compliance while keeping projects safe, on time, and cost-effective. Your role is key to delivering brilliant solutions and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

• Ensure all planning activities comply with Sarens' SHEQ standards and local legislation.
• Motivate and coach teams to work safely and efficiently.
• Optimize planning of operators, equipment, transport, and travel based on project needs.
• Act as the first point of contact for operators, riggers, and drivers, ensuring clear communication.
• Handle resource rentals and manage invoices and purchase orders according to guidelines.
• Monitor worksheet flow and maintain accurate registration of equipment.
• Approve leave requests and manage absence according to local procedures.
• Participate in departmental meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report to the Planning Supervisor and collaborate with the local management team.
