Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patients care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information. Float Pool Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year) Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred) Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association) Why Mercy?
