Physical Therapist - Acute Care Float, Adult and Pediatrics

Work Schedule :
100% FTE, 40 hours/week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM 5:30 PM with weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with acute care experience to:
- Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex patients admitted to American Family Children's Hospital, East Madison Hospital, and University Hospital in acute care settings.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plans.
- Work within the context of patient- and family-centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
Work Experience
- 2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
