Transaction Processing Supervisor

The Transaction Processing Supervisor leads and oversees a team responsible for accurate and timely child support payment processing for the Kentucky State Disbursement Unit. This role ensures operational excellence by driving performance against service-level agreements (SLAs), fostering team development, and maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Ensure team performance consistently meets or exceeds established service level agreements (SLAs). * Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and attendance, and implement improvements as needed. * Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to staff, including resolving processing questions and escalations. * Oversee production operations, quality control, and Team Lead activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. * Maintain accountability for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all deliverables. * Identify process gaps, operational risks, and barriers; develop and implement effective solutions. * Develop, maintain, and update policies and procedures to support operational efficiency and compliance. * Conduct periodic security and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to established protocols.

• Contribute to workforce planning, staffing projections, and payroll input.
• Prepare and deliver reports on operational performance and metrics.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and employee

engagement. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications * Prior experience in data entry, mailroom operations, and/or outbound mail processing.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present

information clearly and effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced

environment.

• High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $42,427 - $55,100.
