This is a legal operations role focused on employment-based immigration petitions, specifically O-1 and EB-1 visas. Candidates Must Have 2–5 years of business immigration experience Have strong legal writing experience for O-1 and EB-1 petitions Be comfortable handling high-volume casework This Role Is Not Suitable For General immigration practitioners without O-1/EB-1 experience Candidates without strong writing skills Low-volume or client-facing-only immigration roles About The Opportunity We are working with a legal tech‑driven company seeking an Immigration Specialist to manage high‑volume visa petitions using an AI‑powered platform.
