A Senior Recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for a company. They usually handle:

- mentoring junior recruiters
Senior recruiters often work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Certifications (optional but helpful):
- SHRM
- AIRS
- LinkedIn Recruiting certifications
Requirements
- 5-10+ years recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for technical or business roles
- Strong sourcing background
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
