We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Team Members for two of our Chick-fil-A locations: Pharr and La Plaza & South 10th Street.

All interviews for Chick-fil-A Pharr and Chick-fil-A La Plaza are held at our Pharr location: 2023 I-2, Pharr, TX 78577.

We are looking for dependable, mature, and positive individuals who want to work part-time while maintaining flexibility in their personal lives. Instead of requiring you to work a traditional 68 hour shift, our Flex Shift program offers short, consistent shifts designed to fit different schedules and lifestyles.

Choose the Shift That Works Best for You! We offer the following Flex Shift options:

• 11:00 AM 2:00 PM Perfect for a short mid-day shift.
• 2:00 PM 5:00 PM A great option for afternoon availability.
• 7:00 PM 11:00 PM Perfect for those looking for additional evening income.

You can indicate which shift(s) work best for your schedule when applying and during your interview. Scheduling will be based on your availability, your preferred shift, and the needs of the business.
