Business Applications Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Business Applications Analyst to work for one of our client's in the Kansas City area. This is an entry level IT role with an exciting opportunity to grow at an awesome company. This person will get to touch many different aspects of IT such as business analysis, data & AI, and project management, The ideal candidate for this role enjoys doing process improvement and has great attention to detail. This is a growing team but does fall within a very established IT organization. A few projects this person will be responsible for on the day-to-day include handling online forms that are company specific, doing CRM improvements, and even AI projects. This position will be fully onsite for the first couple of months to ensure success in the role and then it will turn into a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office. Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
• Eager to learn and build a career in information technology
• Exposure to application development and understands multiple IT domains
• CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience with Power Automate or Power Platform


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Completed internship within information technology
• Understands agile processes
• Understands databases
