Product Strategy & Portfolio Transformation Lead

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Product Transformation Lead in a hybrid role based in Dearborn. You will help transform EPEO from a platform-centric to a product-centric operating model, overseeing portfolio planning, strategy, and Center of Excellence initiatives. The role partners with leaders to improve planning, governance, and value delivery. You’ll drive OKR planning, reporting, and leadership alignment while developing playbooks, standards, and training to support the transformation and #J-18808-Ljbffr Ford
