Position: Elementary School Visual Arts Teacher Location: Boston, MA (Hyde Park Campus) Start date: August 2026 Overview of Role and Responsibilities Full‑time Visual Arts Teacher teaching multiple elementary grades at Match Community Day (100 Poydras St., Hyde Park, MA). The role includes building the elementary arts program, refining curriculum, and delivering engaging visual media classes. A budget is available for equipment and supplies. Key responsibilities: Refine curriculum and teach elementary school Visual Arts classes Uphold high academic and behavioral expectations for students, providing extensive support to help students achieve Actively participate in coaching and professional development programming Assist with school programming as needed during non‑instructional time Serve as a positive and collaborative member of the Match Charter Public School community Compensation ranges from $61,812 to $98,899 per year, based on experience. Benefits include 90% coverage of health insurance costs and student loan repayment assistance. Working hours: 7:00 am–2:45 pm daily; Wednesdays 7:00 am–4:30 pm for afternoon professional development.
