Customer Service Representative
$17.25 per hour
Monday to Friday / 8 :00am-5:00 pm
A growing furniture company seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join their call center team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment. You are applying through Express Employment Professionals, an award-winning Staffing Firm.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general support
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish
- Use our internal software system to process customer information and transactions (training provided)
- Provide professional and courteous service at all times
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
