In this high-impact role, you will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities. The successful candidate must reside within or near the assigned sales territory and be able to travel regularly to support customers and business needs. The Piedmont territory includes the Charlotte, NC, Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA markets. If you're motivated by making a positive impact, learning continuously, and partnering with others to solve meaningful challenges, we'd like to learn more about you.What You Will DoBuild a robust pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and leveraging your network.Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the territory.Build and strengthen relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and delivering value-creating solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and successful project execution.Develop a strong understanding of customer buying processes and decision-making dynamics.Analyze market conditions, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.Demonstrate strong follow-through and ownership, consistently delivering on commitments and customer expectations.Stay informed on industry trends and share insights that help drive customer and business success.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Outside sales experience preferably in packaging, industrial, manufacturing, or related B2B salesWillingness and ability to travel throughout the territory (up to 75%) and possess a valid U.S. driver's license.What Will Put You AheadExperience selling corrugated packaging products.Experience within packaging-related industries, including flexible films, tapes, adhesives, industrial packaging, converting, automation, or packaging machinery.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
