Enterprise CSM for Life Sciences - ROI & RFP Champion

Zifo

Zifo is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team in South San Francisco, responsible for managing customer engagement and accounts in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Life Science sectors. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in customer success or account management, strong project management skills, and the ability to nurture client relationships.
