The Position Location: Lakeville, MN (55044) Hours: Full Time Days: School Days, including Summer School Client Specifics: 17-year-old with trach, vent, and a g-tube. HCNS attend school Location: Lakeville, MN (55044) Hours: Part Time Days: Mondays 12-hour shifts Days: Tuesdays 8-hour shifts Client Specifics: 3-year-old with trach and a g-tube. HCNs attend pre-school Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour The Company Since 1990, Pediatric Home Service has been creating heartwarming memories in the world of pediatric nursing.
