At CCB Imprint, we are seeking a full-time Embroiderer to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, is eager to learn and improve their skills, and is willing to help wherever needed to keep production running smoothly and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial embroidery machines.
• Set up embroidery jobs, including hooping garments, loading designs, and selecting thread colors.
• Monitor production to ensure consistent, high-quality embroidery.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Assist with shop duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Experience operating commercial embroidery machines preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow work orders and embroidery specifications accurately.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
