Key Responsibilities: Build and execute decision-maker programs that engage executives, business leaders, and technical leaders across strategic accounts Partner with account teams to understand priorities, buying committees, and expansion barriers, and translate insights into relevant programs Develop account-focused programs that support enterprise opportunities and create momentum through the sales cycle Support strategies that expand MongoDB usage across enterprise accounts and personas, from developers to C-level executives Support developer groundswell initiatives within assigned markets and report on developers enabled in the region Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–6 years of regional, field, revenue, account-based, or customer marketing experience in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or technology Experience developing programs for executive audiences, buying committees, or enterprise decision makers; account-based or developer marketing a plus Results-driven with strong analytical ability; able to track outcomes and demonstrate ROI against budget Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or partner teams Excellent written and oral communication skills Salary: $70,000–$120,000 per year Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr Gomyneed Private Limited
