This role builds and maintains proactive vendor partnerships, ensures compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and drives corrective actions to support a seamless customer experience.WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:Serve as the primary point of contact for vendorsVerify order processing aligns with SLAsReview reports to identify compliance gapsAnalyze vendor performance dataPartner with teams to improve performanceSupport corrective action plansConduct vendor auditsPrepare performance reportingEscalate issues as neededMaintain compliance recordsSupport vendor onboardingUpdate SOPs and guidelinesIdentify process improvementsWHAT YOU BRING:Hybrid – 3 days onsiteBachelor’s degree preferred1–3 years relevant experienceEcommerce or dropship experience preferredFamiliarity with vendor tools/platformsStrong Excel skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionallyDetail-oriented and organizedAI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time.
