Job Description

Looking to make some extra money?? Snelling is currently seeking a Temporary Data Entry Associate for a busy law office. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and experience using QuickBooks 2024 in a professional office environment.

Pay: 14.00/hr

Schedule: 4 hours a day, 1st shift

Responsibilities of Temporary Data Entry Associate:

Enter invoices accurately into QuickBooks 2024
Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
Verify invoice information and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized electronic and paper records
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Handle confidential financial information with professionalism

Qualifications Needed of Temporary Data Entry Associate:

MUST HAVE experience with QuickBooks 2024
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience entering invoices and financial information
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous office or legal office experience is a plus
