Recruiter - Manufacturing & Operations (contract to hire)

Location: Eden Prairie, MN Schedule: Hybrid | 4 days onsite Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour Employment Type: Full-Time Contract to hire Duration: Approximately 5 months Start Date: ASAP Beacon Hill's client is seeking an experienced Recruiter - Manufacturing & Operations to support a high-priority hiring initiative focused on U.S.-based production and operations roles. This individual will play a critical role in managing full-cycle recruitment efforts and is more of an independent producer. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing a high-volume requisition load, brings a strong set of soft skills, and brings strong experience recruiting within manufacturing and operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for 20-30 active U.S.-based requisitions, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding Recruit for high-volume manufacturing and operations roles, including: Machine Operators Material Handlers Other production-focused positions Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process, demonstrating strong communication, active listening, and sound judgment Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring outcomes Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Utilize systems such as Indeed, SAP, and Oracle to support recruiting activity and workflow management Qualifications Proven full-cycle recruiting experience supporting high-volume manufacturing, production, or operations hiring Demonstrated success managing 20-30 concurrent requisitions in a fast-moving environment and the best candidate will have a pace that reflects that Strong proficiency with Indeed and ATS/ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, problem-solve, and adapt in a dynamic environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
