On-Site Safety Supervisor

IBS Roofing, a leader in professional roofing services, is seeking a dedicated On-Site Safety Supervisor to oversee and enhance the safety protocols on our construction sites. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety among all staff. This role requires a proactive approach to hazard identification, risk assessment, and the implementation of preventive measures. The On-Site Safety Supervisor will also be responsible for conducting safety training sessions, maintaining safety documentation, and responding to any incidents with appropriate measures.
