Vice President, Southeast

We are seeking a Vice President, Southeast Market to lead and grow a technology and digital services business across the region, with a primary focus on South Florida and Central Florida. This is a full P&L leadership role with ownership of a $40-60M portfolio, accountability for market growth, client relationships, and overall business performance.

The Vice President will serve as a market integrator - orchestrating Account Managers, Industry Business Units, and Delivery leadership to drive growth across a balanced mid-market and enterprise portfolio. This leader will personally own select strategic accounts while building the local presence, partnerships, and team needed to firmly establish the company as a top-tier regional player in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L for the Florida market, including revenue growth, margin performance, pipeline health, and delivery quality across a $40-60M portfolio
• Define and execute a market-level growth strategy, building a balanced client mix across mid-market and enterprise segments
• Personally own and grow 1-2 strategic accounts while enabling and governing Account Managers across the broader portfolio
• Act as a market integrator, aligning industry-focused business units, consulting and technology practices, and delivery leaders to pursue and win opportunities
• Partner with key industry-aligned units (e.g., Consumer and Services) to identify, shape, and scale opportunities in priority sectors
• Build and sustain senior-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point across commercial and delivery engagements
• Lead complex pursuits end-to-end, including solution strategy, commercial structuring, and seamless handoff from sales to delivery
• Drive a disciplined operating cadence across the market - pipeline reviews, account planning, forecasting, and risk management
• Strengthen the local leadership bench by leveraging existing talent and making targeted hires to support growth
• Build and foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture with clear accountability across sales, delivery, and client leadership
• Develop the local ecosystem through partnerships with universities, industry groups, and regional business networks
• Represent the company externally through client engagements, industry forums, and strategic partnerships

What you bring

Demonstrated experience leading a services business with full P&L ownership, managing a minimum $30M book of business.

Proven track record of driving growth within a software engineering, digital services, or management consulting environment.

Experience selling and delivering complex technology-enabled services, such as software engineering, digital transformation, cloud, data, or consulting-led engagements.

Strong background working with distributed teams, integrating sales, consulting, and delivery functions.

Ability to personally lead strategic growth accounts while enabling Account Managers across a broader portfolio.

Industry-agnostic experience required; exposure to high-tech and/or travel & hospitality is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to operate as a regional or market leader, not solely as a seller or delivery executive.

Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.

Solid financial acumen, including forecasting, margin management, and business planning.

Recognized as a team builder, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively in client and partner settings.

Prior professional services firm experience required; pure strategy consulting, SI GM-only, or regional sales-only profiles are not a fit.
