This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining work-life balance. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions to support clients' emotional and behavioral health through tailored interventions and therapy techniques.

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess and clarify clients' needs, and developing personalized treatment strategies aligned with their goals.
\n
• Employing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide clients in navigating life's challenges.

• Documenting and maintaining detailed, accurate records of client sessions and treatment progress in our secure electronic health records system.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse array of client populations, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Our clients are seeking compassionate support and guidance to navigate their complex emotional landscapes, and you will play a crucial role in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LMFT license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
