Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored therapy plans.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic methods and modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other applicable techniques.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our secure electronic health record system.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development, including participating in workshops and case consultations to enhance therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of California.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing therapy within a mental health setting, demonstrating competence in handling diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
