Regional Sales Manager, Front Line Care (Great Lakes Territory)

Baxter seeks a Regional Sales Manager for its Front Line Care division in the Great Lakes territory. Leading 7-10 sales representatives across acute and outpatient care markets, this role focuses on developing regional business plans, managing key accounts, and driving profitable growth through direct customer engagement and channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with corporate objectives and growth targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate 7-10 sales representatives to achieve team and individual performance goals
• Identify and maintain key customer relationships; support sales representatives with account development
• Build and maintain distributor and channel partner networks across the region
• Manage sales forecasting, opportunity tracking, and cross-functional collaboration on large deals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years top-level sales performance in medical device or healthcare
• 2+ years sales leadership experience preferred
• Proven track record hiring, developing, and managing sales teams
• Strong IDN relationship-building and account management background
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Willingness to live in or relocate to Great Lakes region

Compensation: $160,000–$203,500 base annually, plus commission and long-term incentive eligibility
