Regional Sales Director (Great Lakes)

Role: Regional Sales Director for Great Lakes managing diagnostic solutions in pulmonology and related healthcare markets.
Objectives: drive sales growth, develop high-performing sales teams, and build strong clinical partnerships.
Responsibilities
- recruit, train, and coach sales professionals;
- foster relationships with pulmonologists, surgeons, and hospital staff;
- execute sales strategies;
- oversee forecasting and budgeting;
- and provide market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- at least 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in healthcare diagnostics or pulmonology;
- ability to travel up to 70%;
- exceptional communication skills;
- strategic and collaborative leadership style;
- proficiency in Microsoft Office.

WorkSetup: on-site in the Great Lakes region with extensive field engagement.
