Marketing Manager

Role Overview The Marketing Manager’s initial focus will be on developing and executing an employer branding strategy to support organizational growth and technical recruitment. Over time, the scope of the role could expand to include broader corporate branding, digital strategy, and long-term market positioning. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this individual will lead the transition from initial brand awareness to a sophisticated, industry-leading presence. Key Responsibilities Employer Branding: Develop an employer value proposition (EVP) to attract top‑tier technical and engineering talent. Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to enhance digital presence on career platforms and professional social networks. Brand Evolution: Lead the gradual transition from brand awareness to comprehensive corporate branding, ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity across all business units. Digital Strategy & SEO: Manage and optimize GTI’s online presence. While the strategy excludes traditional showcases and conferences, it prioritizes SEO best practices to drive organic visibility and brand authority. Own and maintain social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. Content Strategy: Create compelling narratives highlighting technical projects, organizational culture, and engineering capabilities to engage prospective employees and industry partners. Departmental Growth: As the inaugural member of the marketing function, this role includes the eventual opportunity to build and lead a dedicated marketing team as the organization scales. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand development or recruitment marketing. Background in building brand awareness within technical, manufacturing, or mission‑critical infrastructure industries. Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing tools, and content management systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex modular infrastructure concepts into engaging messaging. A self‑directed professional capable of working independently and transitioning into a leadership capacity.
