About the Role eWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Partner to join our Salt Lake City based firm. This role involves overseeing complex tax compliance processes, providing strategic tax planning, management of clients and staff, and ensuring that all tax practices adhere to both local and federal regulations. What’s in it for you d)Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits packa ge401(k) with company mat chA supportive culture to allow you to live a fulfilling, happy, and impactful li Key Responsibilities es:Prepare and review tax returns, including but not limited to Individual, C-Corp, S-Corp, and retur ns.Supervise the preparation of simple and moderately complicated income tax returns and assume primary responsibility in the preparation of complicated tax retur ns.General accounting and bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks Onli ne.Individually manage client relationships, including client contact, coordination with clients, and preparation timing for small and medium sized engagemen ts.Collaborate with leadership in coordinating large client engagements, identification of problems, and providing solutio ns.Assist with tax planning, tax compliance, and on-boarding of new clients while maintaining quality client relationshi ps.Identify opportunities to attract new clients and market the company's services and products and facilitate expansion of business with existing clien ts.Train and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and supervision on tax matte Required Skills lls:10+ years of Tax Accounting experi enceBachelor's Degree in Accounting (or relevant years of experie nce)Active CPA Lic enseExperience with leading tax software and bookkeeping soft wareKnowledge of Federal, State and Local tax codes and regulat ionsStrong interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage relationships with staff and cli Preferred Skills ills:Experience with leading tax software and QuickBooks Desktop/O nlineProven experience with client and/or staff manag #J-18808-Ljbffr
