Drill Operators - Geotechnical Group - $28/hr - $38/hr - Per Diem - Richmond, VA Wagman is seeking experienced Drill Operators to join their Geotechnical Group in Richmond, Virginia. These individuals will operate and maintain drill rigs for micropile and earth retention projects, often requiring regional travel. The ideal candidates are motivated, dependable, and able to supervise helpers while ensuring safety and quality. Diploma or GED preferred Experience operating small diameter drill rigs (e.g., Commachio) Experience with tie backs, shotcrete, lagging walls helpful Drill rig and concrete knowledge/experience Supervisory experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel regionally Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work at heights up to 150 feet Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to climb ladders, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces Subject to drug testing and compliance policies What Will Make You Stand Out Experience with temporary shoring, earth retention systems, foundations, and ground stabilization Experience preparing grout for tiebacks and micropiles #J-18808-Ljbffr
