Texas Licensed Collections Specialist

Working remotely, the Texas Licensed Collections Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect payments for medical and non-medical accounts while adhering to applicable regulations. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to perform collections activities professionally Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive collection results Ensure compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other relevant laws Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles Ability to accurately enter and update data in company or client systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday shifts as required Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
