As we expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Hire, onboard, and staff team members; ensure all shifts are properly staffed and monitor on‑call responsibilities. Conduct in‑home assessments, build strong client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements. Create a workplace of choice for the territory; motivate, incentivize, and set team morale standards.
