Operating Director

Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company, has achieved remarkable growth in recent years. As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Compensation and Benefits Competitive starting salary to establish, grow, and improve this office. 20% quarterly cash profit share. Paid Health, Dental, and Vision insurance. Responsibilities and Duties Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support. Business development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider. Referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and scheduling: hire and onboard new team members, ensure shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on-call responsibilities. In‑home assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial management: oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements. Culture cultivation: create a workplace of choice for the territory, incentivize, motivate, and set team morale. Qualifications and Skills Proven leadership experience managing a team. Success in meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight.
