Enter and track all marketing invoices through Bill.com Track marketing expenses outside of major digital platforms in our multi-touch attribution platform to ensure the team can accurately measure ROAS and CAC intra-month Maintain communication between the creative strategy, partnerships, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and accurate monthly billing process Take ownership of our affiliate marketing platform, Everflow Monitor and update affiliate intra-month pacing to sure the channel is meeting efficiency goals Identify and assess potential new affiliate partnerships through the Everflow Market Place Maintain communications and relationships with current affiliate partners Assist with other marketing tasks as ability permits Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in marketing related field (eg. Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience). Proficient in Microsoft Excel A detail-oriented mindset is a must Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills Excellent verbal and written skills Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills preferred Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues Team player who’s excited to grow their career and expand their skillset in digital marketing Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing marketing invoices and expenses, utilizing tools like Bill.com and Everflow for affiliate marketing.
