What you will do as a Barback:

• Monitor stock levels and obtains supplies and equipment for refreshment bars.
• Ensure that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly.
• Perform routine inventory of all required refreshment bar items. Remains up to date on all cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware.
• Stock coolers and dry stock items for Bartenders.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Barback, you'll need:

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous beverage experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 100 pounds.
