This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in gaming compliance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.About the Role:The Product Compliance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring product approvals are obtained from independent test labs and regulatory bodies according to the company schedule. This position will drive approval processes and provide guidance to teams regarding regulations and standards pertaining to product compliance.Key Responsibilities:Manage software submission and approval processes with independent testing labs and regulatory bodiesPrepare and distribute notifications to regulators regarding software installationVerify hardware and software approvals for each jurisdictionBuild relationships with other departments to collect information for product approval submissionsAct as a project manager for compliance submissionsEnsure compliance with shipping requirementsProvide weekly updates on submission status to managementReview and interpret regulations and technical standards in regulated marketsAnalyze new product features for regulatory complianceAssist in developing compliance policies and proceduresSupport release and change management processesQualifications:Minimum 3 years of Product Compliance experience in the gaming industryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent time management and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience in new market expansionStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Willingness to travel as necessaryCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) planPaid time off and holidaysBonus pay opportunitiesFree on-site parkingThis is an in-person position based in Las Vegas, NV, 89103.
