What You'll Do

• Provide surgical assistance across a variety of specialties including neuro, trauma, ortho, urology, GYN, plastics, ENT, and general surgery
• Prepare operating rooms, set up surgical equipment including DaVinci XI robot
• Assist during complex procedures such as craniotomies, VP shunts, thrombectomies, thoracotomies, and organ donations
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Support surgeons with instrumentation and patient positioning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operative flow
• Adapt to varied case types including laparoscopic, scope, and flap procedures

What You Need

Required:

• Valid certification: BCLS and NBSTSA
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in trauma and neuro cases, Level I trauma experience required
• Experience with neuro, ortho trauma, vascular (PV-RX AAA), and thoracic procedures
• Proficiency with DaVinci XI surgical robot preferred
• Ability to work 4x10-Hour day shifts

Preferred:

• Experience with ENT, plastics, gynecology, and laparoscopic procedures
• Skills in oral maxillofacial, dilation & curettage, and gynecological laparoscopic procedures
