Paid Media Manager

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Paid Media Manager will independently lead account strategy for a select portfolio of clients, manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, and build strong client relationships to enhance marketing performance. Key responsibilities Develop and execute innovative paid media strategies for a portfolio of 3-5 clients, ensuring alignment with their KPIs and business goals Serve as the primary contact for clients, leading meetings and maintaining strong relationships while delivering performance reports and insights Collaborate with internal teams on creative strategy and campaign execution across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Required qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of paid media agency experience, particularly in managing both Paid Search and Social campaigns Proven ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate strategies and results Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis using tools like GA4 and Excel Demonstrated ownership of client accounts, from strategy development to execution and reporting Curiosity and adaptability, with a proactive approach to learning and growth in a dynamic environment
