This is a hands-on engineering role for someone passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, whether through professional experience or significant personal projects. The team is focused on exploring disruptive development methodologies, reducing technical debt, increasing system reusability, and enabling faster delivery of complex, safety-critical software solutions. The ideal candidate is curious, highly collaborative, and driven to solve challenging problems through experimentation and innovation. This position is 100% on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
