About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join our physician-owned, democratic group at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa . This position offers a stable, rewarding practice environment with a clear partnership track , strong physician leadership, and the ability to work in a hospital committed to high-quality emergency care.
Highlights:
- 45,000 annual patient visits
- 42 hours of daily physician coverage
- 35+ hours of daily Advanced Practice Provider coverage
- Epic EMR with Dragon dictation
- 24-hour CT, ultrasound, and MRI availability
- Level III Trauma Facility
- Accredited Stroke and Cardiac Center
- On-site ED-based pharmacist, social worker, respiratory therapist, and case manager

Qualifications
- MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Eligible for Iowa medical license
