Under the direction of the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor at the In-Home Therapy Team is part of a multi-disciplinary team which provides clinical supervision for Masters and Bachelors level staff delivering home based and outreach services for the IHT / Outreach team assigned. This position will be responsible, along with program leadership, for the clinical support and development of the IHT team. This position fosters the growth of staff; oversees service delivery; and supports / mentors all clinical aspects of assigned supervisees. Responsibilities Provides clinical supervision for Masters and Bachelors level staff. Assures clinicians are delivering clinically appropriate treatment services to families and individuals via supervisory discussion and clinical record review. Provides guidance / support commensurate with supervisees professional skill level and level of education. Instructs/directs/corrects supervisee clinical actions and documentation as needed. Mentors / supports supervisees to accomplish professional development goals. Working collaboratively with Program Director and Assistant Program Director to achieve goals set forth for program. Requirements Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or related field required Independent license, LICSW, LMHC or licensed Psychologist is required Prior experience working with children and families. Prior experience with CBHI services is optional Salary Range

$85,010 - $100,006 USD
